If you still remember the username, you can reset the password online with the help of a security question.
To set up the security question for the first time, you need a scan of your passport or ID card as an image file:

please scan only the front side of the identity card (or the page with name and validity)
you should blacken out the serial and access numbers for security reasons
please use the formats JPG or PNG. PDFs do not work.
